What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition.
Custom or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes — customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., incorrect item or damaged product).
Can I return a disc if I’ve thrown it?
No — we only accept returns on new, unused discs. Used or thrown discs are not eligible for return.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
