A: Yes! We offer free local pickup at our store during business hours. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us at orders@theplasticportal.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We primarily ship within the U.S., but international shipping may be possible. Please message us at info@theplasticportal.com, and we’ll see if we can arrange it for you.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Yes, we regularly restock popular discs and accessories. However, some limited-run or special edition items may not be restocked.

Q: Can I request a specific disc color or weight?
A: For special edition discs, we list the exact disc you’ll receive. For stock discs, we offer general color tone categories like “Cool Tones” and “Warm Tones”. If you have a specific request for color or weight, please email us at info@theplasticportal.com or call us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: What’s the difference between stock and special edition discs?
A: Stock discs are regularly produced by manufacturers and are part of their standard lineup. Special editions include limited-run stamps, unique colorways, collaborations, Tour Series discs, Player Signature Series discs, and more. These often have exclusive designs or support professional players.

Q: Do you sell used or discounted discs?
A: Yes! Our used disc section, The Re-Entry Zone, features quality used discs at lower prices. Availability depends on stock, so check back often!

Q: How do I know which disc is right for me?
A: Choosing the right disc depends on factors like your skill level, throwing style, and arm speed. We provide flight numbers on each product page to help guide your decision. If you need assistance, feel free to email or call us, and we’ll be happy to help!


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition. Custom or clearance items are final sale.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Contact us at returns@theplasticportal.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).

Q: Can I return a disc if I’ve thrown it?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or thrown discs. To be eligible for a return, the disc must be in new, unused condition.

Q: What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
A: If there’s an issue with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

In-Store Shopping

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Yes! Our store is located at 1201 Oakland Blvd. Ste 1117, Fort Worth, TX 76103.

Q: What are your store hours?
A: We are open Wednesday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM, and Saturday-Sunday, 9 AM - 6 PM. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Q: Do you buy used discs?
A: Yes! We offer store credit for quality used discs. Bring them in during store hours, and we’ll assess them for trade-in value.


Events & Payouts

Q: Do you host disc golf events or tournaments?
A: Yes! We regularly host events. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or check our website for upcoming event announcements.

Q: If I receive an event payout credit from placing in an event, does that expire?
A: Yes, event payout credits expire 1 year after the event date. Make sure to use your credit before it expires!


Loyalty & Discounts

Q: Do you have a rewards program?
A: Yes! We offer loyalty points for every purchase. More details coming soon.

Q: Do gift cards expire?
A: No, our gift cards never expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready!
